Interior Evaluation

During an interior home inspection, I carefully evaluate all accessible areas of the home, including walls, ceilings, floors, doors, windows, and interior systems. I check for signs of damage, moisture intrusion, improper installation, and general safety concerns. My goal is to provide a detailed, easy-to-understand assessment of the home’s interior condition, helping clients make informed decisions with confidence and clarity.

We offer Mold testing services.
A mold test is performed using two air samples. A tape or swab collection can also be performed if a substance is present, as shown in this photo.

Infrared cannot see through walls, but it does register temperatures that are different. In this case, I can see where there is missing insulation in the wall, the different temperatures in the wall are revealed with infrared thermography.

We test the water flow in each bathroom to confirm proper water pressure.
