Exterior Evaluation

During an interior home inspection, I carefully evaluate all accessible areas of the home, including walls, ceilings, floors, doors, windows, and interior systems. I check for signs of damage, moisture intrusion, improper installation, and general safety concerns. My goal is to provide a detailed, easy-to-understand assessment of the home’s interior condition, helping clients make informed decisions with confidence and clarity.

Debris on a roof can block either valley, create standing water, and possibly lead to a leak.

In this image the roof is showing signs of aging and nail pops. We suggest having a roofing contractor evaluate and repair.

This tree is in contact with the roof and siding. Recommend cutting the tree back and prevent insects from entering the home.

In this inspection we found peeling paint. Recommend having the fascia scraped and painted DYI or Handyman.
