I’ve always loved homes and the way they’re built. While I built a career in photography and videography, I spent my spare time remodeling four homes—learning firsthand how houses come together and where problems often hide.

After retiring from my first career, I wanted to turn my passion for homes and renovation into something meaningful. A turning point came when I helped a friend search for a one-level home for herself and her aging mother. As we toured properties, I pointed out numerous issues and construction concerns. A week later, she texted me a simple question: “Have you ever considered becoming a home inspector?”

That question set me on a new path—from apprenticeship to licensure. Today, I combine my renovation experience with a photographer’s eye for detail to educate homebuyers about what’s really happening in the hidden corners of their homes. Because a home inspection is a visual evaluation, my background allows me to notice potential issues others may overlook.

My goal is simple: to help every homebuyer feel informed, confident, and empowered in their purchase.
